Fits well with the cocoa beach vibe. Food service was super fast. Our server Sandra was so friendly and down to earth.

Ate here Saturday for lunch. The atmosphere was very pleasant up on the deck bar. My husband and I have some specific food restrictions because of our diet and can't have bread, fried food, etc. We both ordered the large Cesar salads (without croutons), and they were good. I asked the waitress if we could yet a single burger patty A LA Carte (since we can't eat buns or fries), and she went and asked. Boss said it was okay and gave us a cheaper price since we were just getting a patty. I thought that it was very nice of them to do this for us. Most restaurants don't accommodate and make us pay the full price. Our bartender, who was also our waitress, was friendly and consistently helpful. If we are in the cocoa beach area again, we will definitely be back!

Drinks were delicious albeit a tad pricey, I mean...it's a seafood restaurant with ocean views so we expect it to be pricey, but two people with drinks and an appetizer will easily run you over $100. Soft drinks were expensive as well. So bear that in mind. The seafood was really good and fresh, I was disappointed, however, in the rice and beans (no added flavor/seasoning at all) and the cheese for their jalapeno poppers and their tacos was that sort of fake tasting liquid cheese, no shredded or 'fresh' cheese. The crabcakes were DELICIOUS and very fresh, soft and tasty. The fish in the fish tacos also tasted fresh with really good flavor, and the clams were also fresh and tasty with lots of garlic butter. Definitely recommend the seafood options for fresh and tasty options.

Sometimes you just have to think about the glass being half full???? instead of being half empty After asking everyone that would stand still where the best fish tacos were in Cocoa Beach we kept hearing Captain J’s . So when it came time to take a break from the beach, we made our way over, which was fortunately or only a few hundred yards from our stay. At 2:30 in the afternoon I was shocked to see that there was plenty of parking and upon entering I was also shocked to see that there were only a few patrons inside. So we quickly scanned the menu and and, our waitress for the best and favorite items on the menu. She quickly included the fish tacos. The hamburgers and said the nachos were extremely good today. So tacos it was, and she was right. They came out quickly and were extremely flavorful, and I would say some of the best I’ve had it ever. They came with black beans and yellow rice, which could’ve stood some seasoning, however, the tacos were so outstanding that the rice and beans are a non-factor. So I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but I like the place in, and if I was looking for some awesome fish tacos would go back and have them again and again.

Skip this restaurant. Saw this place while visiting Cocoa Beach. The sign on the building said “Rooftop Deck”. Thought we would check it out to look and the ships and beach. Walked in and was greeted with a sign that said “seat yourself”. We walked through the main level and saw a few tables with people sitting at them. One of the employees said “Sit anywhere you want”. My party found the stairs and went up to the rooftop deck. Empty. We sat there for a few minutes, then I decided to go back downstairs to let someone know we were here. I was then told that the deck was closed. This was on a weekend at 5:00. We went downstairs and grabbed a table. I found the building to be very rundown and the restrooms smelled and were filthy. One of the stalls didn’t have a toilet seat on the toilet. We finally got our food after waiting almost an hour, and it was not worth the wait. The server was not very friendly, but she appeared to be overworked. There were two waitresses working and there was an area of tables outside that I noticed after I was there for a while. The food here is costly and not the greatest. They also add a service charge if paying by card. I would recommend staying clear of this place. The only good thing about it was the view from the roof deck. It would have been nice if it was opened to dine there.
