It is my first time here, and I ordered a Turkey creole fritay, but while waiting it to be cooked, I ordered this creole beef pattie and they were DELICIOUS! 5 stars for the patties. As for the turkey creole frittay, the small portion of shredded veggies was very hot spiced for my taste— reason I gave 4 stars. I also got a Jamaican pineapple ginger soft drink.

Went to see One Love but wanted to have a full island experience for lunch beforehand. This restaurant was perfect! We met the owner when we ordered and she helped us select dishes that met each our tastes. The food was delicious and was just like being back in the Caribbean. Lots of food with the main dish and the flavors were to die for. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect to see in any local establishment in the islands. Utterly wonderful experience.

I had high hopes seeing the pictures online. It was so bad. The jerk flavor was good. I put the gravy on the rice to save it. Otherwise, the dark meat was gross and seemed to not be fully cooked (sorry for the gross picture). There was barely any meat. Rice was super dry but edible with the gravy. Plantains were hard and dry. Cakes are inedible. How do you mess up cake? I had the carrot and it was nothing like real carrot cake and had a weird aftertaste. It was so dry, I threw it away after a few bites. Hubby couldn’t force the run came down either. My son liked the jerk wings - that’s why I did 2 stars. Bathroom was dirty and it was early in the day. I mean sweat dirty, sink dirty. Visible debris.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I will not be ordering from this place anymore. The prices are outrageous and the portion size of meats even worse and I am not a big eater. The food wasn’t good and what really did it for me it’s for the oxtails to cost $27 and when I open up my tray I had three little small rings that barely had meat on them of oxtails, and everything else is rice. ?? for $27 you could’ve gave a better serving. I don’t care if oxtails 8$-9$ a pound you charge me $27 you could at least gave me a half a pound and still made a profit and the mac & cheese was horrible. Anyway, I won’t be ordering here anymore.

Cool hole in the wall with great patties! Found this place on uber eats, otherwise I had no idea it was there. Ordered a bunch of their patties and some plantains. I thought the Jamaican beef and curry chicken patties were great. Spinach just so-so and the plantains were not as sweet as I expected, but portion sizes were large and it hit the spot for what I was looking for. Looks like they have the possibility of being a hangout with the pool table.
