Ricardo was very helpful in fixing my brakes. I had brake pads installed with them 7 months ago. A few weeks ago, I went in for my regular oil change and one of the mechanics said my pads were low @ 4mm and would need changing soon. I said "that can't be, they were changed 7 months ago" I went in today to speak with Ricardo personally about my brakes and what happened. He said "Don't worry, they're under warranty and we will replace them, no charge." He did suggest a brake flush, to which I agreed. He said a brake flush would ensure my brakes wouldn't wear down so easily. He told me to come back in an hour when my parts came and he would fix my brakes the same day! I feel very satisfied as well as relieved that my brakes are now safe! Thank-you Ricardo for your quick service!
