Great place to eat! I loved the Birria tacos here! I typically get four and two pollo tacos. Heads up when you get done eating you pay up front they don’t bring tickets to you. I highly recommend this place I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the birria taco but forgot to take a picture. It was my first time having it and I thought it tasted good. I also tried the asada torta. The bread was a little thick making it taste a little dry. The green pureed sauce is hot but it’s that slow burn that creeps up after (jalapeños?). Beware ????. I did not try the dark red sauce but my guess is it’s hot too. My kids liked the tacos. All tortillas were corn, did not realize this when ordering. I prefer flour but it was still tasty. My daughter liked the vanilla popsicle, they are very big.

I've been to Casa Vieja a few times and gotten the Quesa-birrias. It's the only place I've had it, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I thought it was great, and I've been back just to get it. The staff are nice and helpful. They have a small menu and only canned Coke products or bottled Jarritos soda. But what I've had has been very tasty and a good experience. (The French fries were good, too. )

I went to this restaurant hearing raves about the quesabirrias con consume. My experience was less than stellar. My tacos came out pale and meat did not seem sufficiently seasoned. The consume (dipping broth) was clear and had no flavor. The tacos where good as a regular shredded beef taco but definitely not a Birria Taco. I asked about the tacos and the waitress informed me that is how they come. The pictures on the menu do not reflect what they serve. I asked the table next to me what they thought and they also stated that it was missing it’s flavor and the consume was pretty much beef broth. It’s a good Mexican restaurant but fell short in their main dish.
