Incredible food, this time I had chicken fried steak, smothered with green chile gravy. My girlfriend had Carne adovada breakfast. Our favorite place to eat in Las Vegas.

Stopped here while driving through Las Vegas and already want to go back. Everyone was extremely nice and the food was delicious (and huge portions!). The cream puff is a must get and the Carne Adovada was the food highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

Discovered this on a trip thru Las Vegas NM. Food and service are great. Recommend chicken enchiladas, beef tacos, chicken burrito. Big servings. Great table service. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated but was with it.

Homestyle, hearty, generous Mexican food! Hot tortillas, chewy and salty, comfort saucers! The salsa is chunky, spicey, and Fresca! The Carne adovada was tender and savory, with perfectly executed over-easy eggs. The rellenos are "fair food" crispy fried perfection oozing delicate white cheese. The red sauce is milder with a slight red chili bitterness. But the green sauce shines with complicated spiciness. Coffee a watery meh, but when you have such delicious food, coffee can slide! Service was impeccable! Audrey was friendly and attentive, bringing extra hot tortillas and salsa seasoned with dimpled smiles! This place is a "must" experience!

A happening place in Las Vegas !!! Check out the tortilla machine, and oh my, the desserts ! Just a great family vibe here. Las Vegas has many landmarks and neat things to see and experience. I'd say Charlie's Spic and Span doesn't disappoint.
