Chef Lou made our wedding cake -- it was beautiful and tasted great! He had lots of helpful suggestions for how to present the cake and what else we might serve at our reception. Lou appears to be a one-person operation -- there's no receptionist answering the phone. But if you want to collaborate with an artist, he will give you plenty of personal attention.

Chef Lou is a very respectful talented man. I am not a huge sweets person BUT his Sweet Potatoe cake is the BOMB! My daughter has been loving his Fruit tarts for almost two years as well as my sister. So if you haven't tried any of his Sweet's please do so because you are missing out big time!!!!

What are friendly and caring guy. I'm not usually a fan of sweets, carrot cake, or most other pastries. But I know every time I walk into his little shop I can count on everything being delicious. EVERYTHING. He hands out free cookies to school kids that enter his shop and always gives them some handy words of advice. Highly recommend chef lou. He is the best.

The baked goods here at out of this world. Lou is a good guy who is the owner/operator. Whenever I make a visit to Old Greenbelt I stop though for a snack. Also, I try to support Black owned businesses as frequently as possible. This is a top tier operation, check him out and you won't be disappointed.

Chef Lou is a remarkably gifted baker, and he receives all customers with good humor. He gives great service - prepared an excellent birthday cake on a few hour's notice.
