It pains me to low rate Chick A Sea I love this establishment. But their phone answering game is horrible, you have to state you want condiments, napkins and etc otherwise you get nothing. But my biggest complaint can y’all please season the chicken and flower before it goes in the grease. I mean there is no seasoning at all. Those little hot sauce packets ain’t it. Lastly answer the dang phone.

Definitely been a favorite since 2018. I never heard of them since I live across the water but man that big chic sandwich with a cherry drink bussin. Way better then feather and fin in Norfolk.

The food is always good but wasn't as hot as usual. The parking lot is always too small for parking and drive thru.

After 9 yrs of being in VA I finally made it to see what the hype was about. The line was crazy, the place is tiny, they need 1 or 2 more employees, customer service was great.. she asked kindly for us to have patience with them. We did! Lol! I had the chicken sandwhich (trinis if you're reading this, it's a combi of a cruncher & zinger in one), perfectly fried chicken and fries. ON POINT!!!! THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!

I ate from this place today referred by a friend I'm not from here so I gave it a shot it was great food was fresh I ordered the Big chic combo with fruit punch and a order of corn fritters everything was fresh I ate all of it bread was so soft chicken was cooked just rite with a Lil crunch around the edges I will definitely be going back there when I come to visit again
