This Chick-Fil-A branch stands out as one of the best I've visited. The staff here was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, brightening my day despite a tough one and gloomy weather. The customer service goes above and beyond fast food expectations, which is one of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A. When it comes to the food, there's no need to comment – it's consistently remarkable and delicious, no matter what you choose. This was no different to what I expected! What sets this branch apart is its inviting design. It feels like a full-scale restaurant, yet it's warm and cozy, making you want to linger long after you finish your meal. The cleanliness was impeccable, but that's par for the course with this brand – they operate at a high standard.

I came here about a week ago because I was in the area for a trip with my college and wanted something quick to eat. I would definitely come back again in the future the service was great it was quick and efficient surprisingly for a food spot in such a busy area. I like how they have the ordering system set up similar to a drive through where you place your order with the order taker and then go to the cashier and pay and then wait for your food. The food was fresh and hot too. Would highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.

We are visiting New York City and pass this CFA on our way to Central Park. The kids are missing their CFA so we decide to take their lunch break here and order their 8 counts nugget meals, strawberry milkshake, and mac and cheese. The food are good and the service were fast. The director of hospitality came and greet us at our table. She was very sweet and helpful. We love how CFA restaurants are consistent with their wonderful meals, drinks, friendly atmosphere, and cleanliness! Way to go CFA for our good dining experience in Manhattan, New York!

The staff in this location were very friendly and wonderful. When we needed assistance, they were always there. There were plenty of registers open when we visited on a Saturday afternoon. The person who clean the table and floor was very hardworking. We saw him around the restaurant diligently doing his services to customers. He did a great job! When my kids needed to us the bathroom, he was there to help us open it. The foods were always delicious! It’s so nice to have this location near Central Park.

I didn’t even know this location was there. I visited this location in mid-July 2022. I had an appointment in the area and decided to stop and pick up breakfast. I placed my ordered through the app. As I got closer to the restaurant, I was notified via the app of my order was being prepared. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I noticed there was a side for order pick up and then a side to come in and order. I thought this was really helpful. The location is spacious. As soon as I walked into the restaurant my order was ready. Of course, the staff are excellent. I decided to dine in since I was early for my appointment. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. I mean the chicken biscuit was just melting in my mouth. The lemonade was a bit bitter but it was still delicious. I would definitely visit this location again. This location is available via public transportation.
