Such a great experience! We were feeding a large group, 11 people, and called in the order for pickup. The lady who took the order was so nice and patient and made sure to read the whole thing back to ensure accuracy (which seems like the norm but it really isn't, in reality). Then once we got the actual food, every single thing was correct and nothing was missing! On an order this large, that's a big ask. And they nailed it! Completing the experience, the food was also excellent. Well made, fresh, and delicious!

50 bucks down the drain. The workers were very nice however I'm really disappointed on the food. Our first time and probably our last. We ordered our food to go. And we go home to a huge disappointment. Our order was wrong. We decided to go ahead and eat since we weren't really wanting to drive back . ???? the rice was hard and old. And the meat on the orange chicken had a horribly funky taste. The Mongolian beef which is one of my favorite dishes. The smell was so bad I had to close the container right back up. Sadly I don't think I'll be going back and I'm hoping the orange chicken doesn't make me sick ????????

Food is always great and is served quickly. Seems family-run but they keep it very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is exactly like I'd expect when I eat at a little Chinese take out place. I love it! We've tried several menu items and all are big portions and flavorful. Menu has a lot of variety including the expected staples of Chinese take-out. Give em a try. We were staying at the comfort suites and the front desk recommended this place. I can say I am so happy they did. This was some of the best Chinese food my husband and I have had. And we travel all over the US. The hot and sour soup is absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spicy kick. And they delivered the food piping hot, which was very appreciated since it was so cold out. Definitely will be ordering again when we come back through.

When China Chef opened it was quite a discovery in Edgewood and an unforgettable surprise for cross country travelers who wandered off I-40 and into this quaint well hidden Chinese restaurant. Food was always properly prepared and fresh at reasonable prices. As time went by the prices have risen dramatically and the food quality has dropped off. It's not nearly as good as it was. Used to go in often but no more. We miss what it was.
