I placed my phone order for delivery at 5:42 pm and the delivery person showed up at 9:10 pm. My order came over 3 hours later. After a hour in a half of waiting for my food, I tried to call several times to find out the status. The restaurant had their answering machine on so you could not speak to anyone. When the delivery guy came to my house he walked up and said we are really busy. I refused the order because I ended up ordering from another Chinese restaurant. It is TOTALLY unprofessional to have your answering machine on during operational hours. The restaurant should have given me a courtesy call letting me know the status of my order. This is the first and last time I will order from this cracker jack Chinese Restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! #totallydisappointed

we like this place. Convenient location, food is always ready on time, and it tastes good. The woman always greets me with a big smile on her face as well. This will likely remain our go-to spot.

Food Good. Customer service sucks. Paid $46+ and before I left, asked for chopstix and the lady behind the counter, said that I needed to pay for them. They never gave me a fork or anything. Look like she is money-hungry. Other restaurants give you forks and when you ask for chopstix they right away give you. The cleanliness of the restaurant was another problem. Both tables were very dirty and they had a lot of people behind the counter to come around and clean them. People will say that this is not an issue, but it is because customer service should be number one. If you go there, be careful, because she probably will charge you for the air you are breathing inside her establishment.
