Service was a little slow but the food was amazing and the atmosphere was friendly.
I had never been to China Town until tonight. We ordered the beef lo mein, szechuan beef, fried rice and egg rolls. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean( as well as the bathrooms- how a bathroom looks is a good indication of how the kitchen is!) The food was excellent, hot, fresh and a large serving for the price. $13 a dinner and we had leftovers for another meal each. I would absolutely return for another meal!
Our takeout general tsos chicken was gross and soggy and swimming in sauce as was the sweet and sour, the egg rolls were dripping with grease. The rice was the only good thing in our order. We spent around 80 dollars and definitely won’t be back.
Big hype, not much to do or buy. Lots of smokers. Place smells horrible. Roads and side walks are trashy. No public rest room anywhere unless you buy something. With that said, not a place for children. Skip this place. Everything priced for tourists. Food is about the only food thing you can find here at reasonable price. Some restaurants are jammed packed, many customers waiting outside. Parking is okay if you stay within the 3 hours and get your ticket validated, meaning you have to buy something.
food had a weird plastic taste, sweet & sour sauce tastes like vinegar. the restaurant had a terrible smell when i walked in. when i ordered my food the lady was rude & made a sarcastic comment. i asked for a fork & was given a open plastic package with a spoon it it. i will not be ordering here again & wanted to make others aware.
