I've been to this bakery twice on a Friday night and they didn't have any bread or any of the other things I wanted. The customer service has always been horrible here and it still is. The young man behind the counter was rude and dismissive and barely looked up from his phone. The only person who offered any help was ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I want to support my own, but they have to do better.

They make the best bread in the Bronx. Simply delicious ????????????

Drove all the way from Boston with the expectation to pick up some bread here. Got there at minutes to 9am and waited for the bakery to open. First, no one arrived until fifteen minutes after. Waited 15 more minutes and the doors were still locked. I called the store and someone answered. I asked when will bread be ready. They said not for two hours. First off, starting that they open at 9am is false advertising. How can you state that you open at a certain time and your doors are still locked. Secondly, what kind of business operation is this that doesn't have its doors opened and products ready to meet it's customers need. I was sorely disappointed and returned to Boston without any bread. Hence, am changing my review until they can come up with some improvements.

Horrible customer service! They never have the main thing they’re known for “bread”. I ordered 2 dozen bread was told to be there by 3 to pick up. I got there exactly 2:50 and was told they sold off my bread that I had already paid for. Next order of bread wouldn’t be ready until 45mins. This is an every week thing. The line is always outside the door and if they know their people they will get served before you. The people that serve you always say no tip when they get paid for the goods. It’s ridiculous and I’m fed up.
