Wow. My power steering blew out late on Friday afternoon. Chris's got me in Saturday morning and it was fixed by 11am. I was expecting to need a car rental for a couple of days so they saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came to give me a lift back to the shop to boot! Phenomenal service.

We took our work van here to have it looked at because there was a loud screeching noise coming from the front driver side tire almost sounded like nails on a chalkboard while we were driving and we couldn’t figure out what it was as we had already had the brakes and rotors changed on it. Chris took a look at it even drove it around and said nothing was wrong. Charged us $30 dollars for that and we were convinced that this man knew what he was doing…. 1 hour later, going 70 miles an hour down the highway heading back to our home city the wheel bearing and spindle break off and thank god for giving my husband the patience and intelligence of knowing how to steer it into safety while me and my daughter were screaming in complete fear. Even the town truck guy said he doesn’t know how the van didn’t flip and why in the world the mechanic didn’t notice the wheel bearings broken. What would have only cost us $30 in parts is now costing us thousands between the tow truck and the excessive damage that was done when everything broke off while driving. This situation could have ended very badly All, because a mechanic that we trusted to have the knowledge to look at our vehicle to tell us if anything was wrong with it in order to keep us safe during our trip home (and he knew how far away from home we were) Didn’t have a clue as to what he was talking about…. I thank God that we are alive and able to even write this review, I just feel like people should know what they’re talking about before you just send a customer away in a death trap.

Chris and his team provide great customer service and fix only what's needed. Chris walks you through options and give the necessary information to get your problem fixed and back on the road. They've worked on my truck multiple times now and I won't go anywhere else.
