My experience was terrible I had hair down to my lower back told her I wanted a trim and layers ended up with my hair up to my shoulders with no layers and an uneven hair cut and don't even get me started with her fixing my roots to blonde literally came out looking worse would not recommend! First pic before then after and last pic is what the cut was supposed to look like!!!

I had an excellent experience at Ciao Bella. Christina did a beautiful job on my cut and highlights ( which is not easy with extremely curly hair). I found the salon to be modern and updated. I have also gotten my services by the other stylists when Christina was booked and always left pleased. Give this local salon a try. You wont be unhappy!

I was at the salon years ago when they first opened. I brought in a picture of the haircut I wanted and I thought they could not mess it up. Well was I wrong. I left the salon with something similar to a mullet. A few months ago I decided I would give them a second chance and purchased a Groupon for teeth whitening. I scheduled an appointment and arrived there a few minutes ahead of time. The receptionist told me that Nicole had not arrived yet and asked me to wait, which is fine if it wasn't for the fact that there was a wedding party going on and there was no where to seat; so I waited in my car until Nicole got there. She was running late and at this point I was already irritated. She tried to be nice but it felt very forced. I walked into a room where I was asked to seat on a pedicure chair for my teeth whitening; 20 minutes goes by and she comes back to show me that there was no difference whatsoever to the shade of my teeth, well my gums were white and in pain. Overall I had a terrible experience and I will never go back. And I will make sure no one I know goes there. Waste of money and unprofessional staff.

I had a great experience! I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and was assisted promptly. The lady who helped me was very nice. They take you into the back room (which is set up nicely with a tv and a comfortable lounge chair) and explain how the process works. They then compare your current teeth shade to a shade wheel to decide what number level you are currently at (I was a 1). The whole whitening process only takes 20 minutes and I was checked on often. After, they compare your teeth to a shade wheel again and you can see how much whiter your teeth have gotten. The entire process was easy and stress free - I would definitely recommend them.

Jackie is always great when I go get my hair done. She listens to what I want and gives me much needed feedback. She always makes me one happy beautiful woman.
