Defiantly a better experience than my previous salon. reasonably priced, and while it may take some time to receive services, once seated, you're in and out.

I came in on a Friday around 12 to get a pedicure. I was not greeted at the door or anything, I walked over to write my name down and than sat down in the lobby for 15 minutes (which isn’t bad) before a woman told me to sit in the pedicure chair and turned on the water and I sat in the chair for a hour before the woman walked back up to me and told me she was going to lunch and if I could wait, I said sure thinking she’d go eat a snack for no more than 10-20 minutes, i than waited another 35 minutes without anyone speaking to me. I than dried my feet, and walked up to the one man working and told him I’ve been there for over 1:30 and I could no wait any longer, he said “ok” and I walked out. Mind you their were 3 workers there when I came in and only 1 was working the whole time. 0/10 do not recommend.

The owner Tommy is NOT a people person and as me coming here for YEARS... i took my CHILD to get a fill in and afterwards she didn't like the color she chose so INSTEAD OF LEAVING, i asked if she can get a different color, his *** says yeah with a additional $8. Let alone, i just paid $22 for a fill in and regular nail polish, not gel and didn't leave the place bc she didn't like gow the color looked on all the nails. What happen to customer satisfaction, so i spoke on it and deliberately ignored me talking to him while my child shedded a tear. SOOOOOO RUDE

I love going here. It's not near as crowded as some of the other places in Lancaster, which I love. And the same gentleman has been doing mine and my oldest daughter's nails for about 10 years. Maybe 1-2 more. I've never had a bad experience and the customer service. You can't beat it.
