Came in to get a diagnostic was a great price had it done by the afternoon ,very friendly service is very clean and professional hi recommend. Definite will be back.

This shop is amazing. They did a wonderful job on my car. They was very helpful and Informative along they. This will definitely be the place I bring my car to for any repairs. They were also very nice towards me. I truly appreciate them.

Fantastic service! When I contacted them, they were able to get me an afternoon appointment the same day, in contrast to the dealership where I purchased my automobile, which could not look at my car for five weeks! The issue with my headlight was expertly identified and corrected. City Automotive is a reasonably priced alternative to the dealership. I highly recommend them.

Edit: Needed service for the bar that goes across the front that helps control the tires. They did not put a nut back and caused my car to be put in a very dangerous sitaution a few days later. They would put a new bolt & nut on, but it would take three days. No word on the damage caused by their mistake such as tire being damaged, bumper hitting the road, etc. Just the bolt & nut. Just told them to stick somethign in it so I can sell the car at Carmax. Beware that they can give you quality service, but I got the duality of service here. Took my car in for diagnostic on several issues. Have cross referenced it with another mechanic and it’s been legit. They don’t bother fluffing me with lingo and just tell me what’s wrong and what it costs. End story, pay, car go Vroom. Very happy.

I have been a loyal customer with City Automotive since they’ve first opened. One of the consistently hard things for me to do is finding time to get my car worked on because I’m constantly traveling for military duty. Throughout all these years, I have always been able to call them at any random time and day during shop hours and tell them what I’m concerned with about my car or what kind of work I need done and they almost always are able to fit me in to accommodate me.
