I clean my car 3-4 times a week here. Almost every time I see scratchs. I lost some paint also. The front license plate bent almost every time I wash the car. After wash I can see soap in the car especially in the back. If I am not wrong it's time for them to replace all the brushes. I think it's old and has become hard. They finally replaced the brushes but still don't know how to adjust. I am still going there because of the location....it's really convenient for me. I hope one day the owner will hire an expert technician and have them adjust the brushes so the small, medium and large car and SUV can be wash correctly.

I got my truck washed to get bird droppings off the right front passenger window and when I went to go vacuum out the inside I found marks down the right side of the vehicle. I talked to the attendant about it and he acted like he was trying to reach his boss via the telephone but said he couldn't get in touch with him so he took my information and pictures and said he would let me know what his boss said when he talked to him. I didn't hear from either of them yesterday. I went back to the car wash today and spoke the boss. He said, "it didn't happen here." He refused to believe me and just shrugged his shoulders like too bad lady. There is no corporate telephone number and no repercussions on their part. I would not recommend using this car wash and I just a note I have never given any company a bad review but I want people to beware of this place.

Went today they were fixing something with the railing and told me i was good to go later on to find out whatever they were fixing popped my tire . Never going back there again

Very bad service. I went to cancel me membership on October and they told me my membership was canceled and they charge me for 5 months after cancellation

The brush are ragged and barely any soap came out. Pretty much just paying to water down your car. The only upside was the vacuum.
