The staff that does the final touch won’t do a great job. They don’t do a good drying the car leaving wet spot on the car. They don’t clean pretty well the interior of the car, leaving some areas dirty.

This has been beyond best car wash in NYC. I’ve been using these guys for years now. The staff here are professional well knowledged and honest guys. It comes down to where money has been found in my vechicles and left there. From management to clerk it has always been best of service. Owner usually on property and treats us all with an honor.

I am not satisfy with your services at all. I stopped today for a car wash and selected the car wash with ceramic option that was $29.99. I even left a good tip. I got to my car and realized that they did not wash the doors, the cup holders and not even the dashboard. I transported some boxes this morning so my trunk was dirty, they did not even manage to vacuum the trunk and inside the car. The inside of my car doesn’t even make my car looks like it has been wash. I asked and was told that they are not supposed to clean the doors and cup holders. This is so disappointing, because I could’ve just wash the outside of my car and call it a day. If I am going to pay $30 for a car wash, I expect you at least to vacuum and clean the doors and the dashboard. I do not recommend this place and will never take my car there anymore.

This is the BEST hand wash Carwash in NYC! They are always professional, friendly, and courteous. I have been going here for years and they always do a great job detailing my car. I always have the wax detail and interior done. The shine last for a long time. Well worth the money. The employees work hard and take good care of my car. I appreciate their hard work. This place is the worse first they didn't completely clean my car there was a ticket tack toe smudge on the inner windshield that wasn't removed stains still on the console, and the Best of all they tore off my rainguard of the rear passenger window didn't tell me when they were finished they thought I wouldn't notice it short story I will not be returning to them they are not as good as they say and thus wasn't the first time I had to tell them about how to clean glass. Please don't waste your money as a matter of fact do it yourself
