My children love this park. It's great for Sunday afternoon strolls, and there is a large grassy area of you prefer an open space. I've witnessed group fitness groups, dog lovers, and families who want to enjoy a nice picnic in this park.
This is a nice playground with a smaller and more accessible playground for toddlers. There are two swing sets and a nice free parking lot. It does get pretty much full sun and can be very hot in the summer.
I’ve driven by this park hundreds of times, and never stopped. We just moved to Kirkwood, and now it’s about two blocks away. We’ve been walking here on a regular basis. It large, and there’s a lot of different areas. There’s a large baseball field, another large green space area, a gazebo with several grills, a very cool new outdoor art sculpture, tennis courts, an outdoor gym, and amazing playground, and this very cool little amphitheater area with outdoor xylophones. It’s such a great park. I’m sure there’s even more that we’ve yet to discover. I’m so glad it’s right down the street from us. We love it!
