Never have I met such a rude Asian lady. The kitchen staffs weren't as friendly either. No matter how good the food is, the attitude of the staffs will make you want to throw the food to the wall. The food: the crispy chicken is moist and the batter is nice. The rice portion is not a lot, the amount depends on the mood of the chef.

Extremely bad service. They took my order, but gave the wrong item. I asked them to look at the bill. They understood their mistake and was ready to replace it. But they were really pissed as if it was my fault and when my dish arrived it was overflowing with curry. They purposefully made it that way. and they threw the plate angrily. Look at the picture of the dish. Also the gravy is very watery.

I had an extremely disappointing visit to Cocos restaurant recently. The level of attention provided by the staff was shockingly poor. Not only was the service slow and inattentive, but it also seemed like the staff couldn't care less about the customers' needs. The quality of the food was equally horrendous. The chicken I ordered was terribly cooked—dry and tasteless. What's worse, it seemed like the chicken might not have been properly cooked, posing a risk of harmful bacteria. This blatant disregard for food safety is unacceptable and puts customers' health at risk. To top it all off, the lack of transparency was concerning. They accepted cash payments but failed to provide any receipt or proof of transaction. This raised doubts about their integrity and left me wondering if they were trying to evade taxes or hide something else. Overall, my experience at Cocos was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against dining there if you value your health, money, and overall dining experience. This establishment clearly has a long way to go in terms of customer service, food quality, and professionalism.
