It's close by and always busy and I don't know what is, but the Spot free rinse never works and leaves droplets ???? on the fresh washed car !!? It's not only here like that, but everywhere you go, which makes it not easier because you have to dry rub your car afterwards!! Dirt is gone , but Spots remaining always !! There should've a different solution for that Problem ????????????
First time visiting a Connie's Car Wash. It is an "old school" car wash, which is what I was looking for so no complaints there. This location could use a little tlc but as far as the quality of the service goes, it was fine. I did not utilize the vacuums but the car wash part was fine. Prices were better than others, which is a plus. I had read the reviews before I decided whether or not I wanted to try this place out & noticed A LOT of people complained about the $14 charge they received after using a credit card. Upon arrival I read the signage on the wall where you pay for your car wash & it CLEARLY STATES THERE WILL BE A $14 CHARGE TEMPORARILY PLACED ON YOUR CARD, BY THE CARD COMPANY". THIS WILL FALL OFF 24-48 HOURS LATER & THE CORRECT AMOUNT WILL REPLACE IT. Having said that, I don't feel it's right or fair to give negative reviews or 1-2 star ratings bc of the $14 hold. Had you read the sign next to where you swiped your card, you would have known about this in advance. You WERE NOT CHARGED $14. It was simply an authorization, just like with any other authorization you have on your card from a restaurant, gas station, etc. See attached photos for clarification....Also, the "change dispenser" states it will not provide quarters, but rather tokens to be used at the car wash, for anyone upset they didn't get quarters for their dollar bills.
My favorite carwash been coming here since I was 18 with my first car i got for my 18th birthday ,now at 50.im still around today washing my vehicle like it was 32 years ago... and don't plan to change the routine...
