I’ve seen this place a few times in the airport and thought I’d believe them a shot. I ordered Two pizzas and a chicken parm panini. 15 mins after getting pizzas I went to inquire about panini. Instead of being told “we forgot” the cashier said we didn’t have the ingredient to make it tabs blamed It on the guy arriving with paper towels and no food supplies. I asked why he would sell me something they couldn’t make and he turned and asked for it to be made. While I saw standing there I watched one of the cooks slicing food then wiping the sides of the blade between his fingers on his ungloved hands. He then proceeded to wipe his hands on his pants. He did that approximately five times while I stood there watching them. The serving staff could be heard speaking loudly about how much time they get off and how they could use that time. The staff were friendly but that didn’t quell my concerns about the food handling from the kitchen.

My meal looked and smelled lovely except that when I bit into my “tender veal” sandwich, every bite was a chore. It was almost completely tough gristle that I couldn’t even get my teeth through. Do not recommend, definitely not worth the price.

Their machine malfunctioned and they were confused if my order went through. A waitress disappeared and stopped answering my calls to attend to my table. I had to escalate as it was coming close to my boarding time. It felt she was doing me a favour by serving food. I asked the manager for receipt and she said she was waiting on a transaction confirmation. After I ate she disappeared without any update. People fly for business and require transaction receipts. Such ignorance is disgusting.

Stopped here for dinner before our flight, around 8:30pm on a Sunday. Moderately busy but it was so easy ordering from the iPad. About 1 minute after placing our order on the iPad, we received our drinks. Shortly after, they came with cutlery and napkins laid out nicely. About 20 minutes later we got our food. Both ordered different pizzas and they were AMAZING. Authentically Italian made. The portion is huge and the crust is to die for. The food is priced the same as any other Italian restaurant in the Toronto area, but drinks were over priced. Overall would definitely recommend if you like Italian!

The iPad at my table was glitchy. We ordered the feta and cucumber bagel to share. It was disappointing for $15. Not enough cream cheese. The coffee was good. We asked for a second plate and a dirty one was brought to us. I’ll go to the Tim Hortons instead next time.
