It is a spacious coffee shop, with a balanced environment. There were a manageable queue. Not much interesting option for snaks. Had one latte and one hot chocolate marshmallow and cream, which was forgotten to put. Upon reminding I had both but the marshmallow was so big that it did not melt a little. Enjoy ????

Very relaxing place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat after a long drive, all that your expect from a Costa, plenty of seating and open seven days a week until 21:30

I have just ordered a medium skinny hot chocolate from the costa drive thru at clacket lane and due to not being able to turn round and go back, I am writing a review. 50% of my hot chocolate is milk froth. This is unacceptable. We pay £4+ for a hot chocolate, we expect this to be full to the rim..they must realise when they're pouring it into the cup and the weight of the cup....shocking!!

Drive thru clackets - half cup of ok coffee and an ‘almond croissant’ which resembled a stodgy white bread roll with a bit of icing sugar on top. How this can be passed off as a pastry is anyone’s guess. Revolting stodge, the one bite I could bear to have tasted cheap and nasty. What a rip off.

The 2 ladies and one gentleman working here today weee exceptional, very caring and also excellent with their timing on their service. Don’t leave you hanging around very pro active and great team work I commend all 3 so well done guys !!????????
