The best Costa i have ever been too!. I often come into this store and am always greeted, served with a smile and a quick conversation. I live by myself so don't get to see many faces so it always makes my day when i come into this store for a coffee and slice of cake. Very much always made to feel welcome. it is a very clean store, toilets always immaculate, staff always working really hard. The staff always provide excellent recommendations when i fancy something new. This store is an absolute credit to the costa franchise. Keep up the good work.

I’ve had fantastic drinks from here before but the frappe I was severed this morning was horrible :( Asked for extra sauce but what came had no flavour at all and hadn’t been blended properly. It just tasted like puréed ice to the point you couldn’t drink it without chewing. Really disappointed, especially for the price you pay.

I’m a regular visitor to this branch of Costa and there is always a great welcome from the staff and the restaurant is always clean and pleasant. It’s great to have such a nice place to come with good facilities and staff outside of the main city of Southampton- strongly recommended.
