Went to Walmart in Devine TX I was about to get a FLAT kept Inflating every 10 mins. Then the Grumpy old man tells the cheerful client in front of me that Cheerfully asked him how was his day. The old man told him "Busier then I wanna be" Mind you only 3 oil changes ahead there will be minimum of 2 hr or more 2 wait. I decided I'll just buy the tire $75 and go elsewhere to get them to put it on instead of waiting 3-4hrs with walmart . THANK GOODNESS !!!! I stopped by CPS TIRE SHOP and WOW !!!! +(***) Amazing Customer Service +(*) Stayed in my car +(**) IN and OUT in less than 15 mins I will definitly Recommend and be back anytime needed.

I went here to get a state inspection for my car thinking they had all my information correct. When I went to get my state sticker didn’t notice that they got all the information wrong such as license place, make and model. Had to go back to get my information fixed and the guy didn’t even apologize or take accountability for his mistake. Horrible service and I had to drive back again to get my state sticker.

I was having such a horrible day with trying to get my tire fixed, everywhere was either packed or already closed from black Friday, and when I pulled up Johnathan was quick to approach me and help me with my tire. He was super quick and efficient in properly patching my tire and was super polite! Plus the price for the patch was only $10, couldn't have been more happy and relieved with the awesome service I received! Definitely will return to ask for Johnathan for anymore of my tire needs!
