Creative Nails

I had a mixed experience here. It was a somewhat good experience but it had some moments that i wish i felt comfortable enough to express in person. I think the lady who did my nails was very nice and kind but it seemed like she was rushing. I already looked at reviews and kind of knew what to expect and honestly i wasn’t shocked on my service. My nails are all un even shaped and she used the pop off method to take off all the old nails i had instead of asking my preference on how i would like to take them off. That pop off method hurt me so bad that it took a thin layer of my nail off and turned a little red from it. but even though I expressed that she continued to do it. I needed my nails done really bad so i couldn’t complain since I kinda already knew what to expect. Then for my pedicure she massages my feet for 1 min and 40 seconds literally and she never touched my legs but I seen that the lady beside me was getting her foot and leg massaged for almost 5 to 7 minutes. Her pedicure started before mine but I somehow got done before her.. I would only recommend if you are in a rush, but not if you are looking to relax and expect a full pedicure treatment. Love the colors though. My positive review is My lady had a really friendly personality and the place looked really clean and comfortable. My polish color is pretty as well. feedback: longer pedicure massages and stop rushing. Also take your time with shaping the nail. That’s part of the art of executing beautiful nails. Also, ask how the person on how they want their old nails removed because not everyone like the pop off method

You definitely get what you paid for because the gel literally came off my toes less than a week….. I asked for coffin I have square…even though I asked for coffin and the gel polish on my nails is lumpy and I have scabs from the lady cutting me I paid $160 for what? Plus a $20 tip and granite when I first over to this side of town they were fabulous but they have attitudes and I’m sorry that the person before me wasn’t nice but I was more than nice and generous but I probably will get the ghetto one saying first off, and I’m not being mean but if I paid for a service and I’m paying attention and I ask and I get a attitude why? And I said o was paying with card and was told I needed to get cash out of the atm after I was told card was fine…. Definitely sad to see this place go down hill but you definitely get what you paid for over overpriced even though it was a basic acrylic set and gel polish on both the nails and toes and my toenails are naked

Nails chipped after 3 days, lady says I broke them. Definitely did not. She debated with me and rushed to fix 2 nails. One had top coat stuck underneath my nail - it is peeling already & slightly lumpy. Giving 2 stars because the color was great and shape was nice the first time around. I won’t go back though. I love to tip for great service but did not receive that here. Disappointed!
