I had an appt for Jan 2 2024. I dropped my car off New Year’s Day. With the keys in the drop box. I was told my car would probably be a week. I got a call today Jan 3. Saying my car was finished. New bumper ,grill, paint and what a fabulous job they did. I was even more surprised they cleaned my car and even the inside. It looked like I just had it detailed. Awesome place. I will definitely be going back here from now on !! Thanks bunches !!

I will never take my car anywhere else as long as I’m living in the area. CrossRoads does amazing work, and are excellent with communication and giving updates on everything. Kim, who handles calls, claims, paperwork, etc is extremely helpful and so warm and friendly, and just wonderful at explaining everything and at her job in general. In previous years, I did use this company when it was Neil's Repair shop. Today, I wanted to receive an estimate from CrossRoads. The lady I spoke with indicated they would need an estimate provided by my insurance company first before they would consider making repairs if I wanted them to make the repairs. I'm supposing the procedures for securing estimates may have changed in the past few years. I will take my auto to another repair shop for an estimate.
