I stopped going to the nail shop long time ago but my daughter wanted to get a pedicure so i went in for a basic $12 manicure she didn't ask me if I wanted gel polish she asked me what color I'm thinking it's the regular polish, if she would have said gel polish $18 i would have said No thank U knowing it was a extra $18... when she was done $30...moral of the story ask questions if I'm spending my money I need to ask what kind of Polish is this how much is it what is that oil u putting on my finger, did u use that emery board on someone else

I been going to this place for over 8 years this woman charges me $165 literally almost every time I go I don't mind because I'm extra on my nails but to get them done Saturday and come back that same afternoon because stones have fallen off and then days later more continue to come as if I wasn't just there is ridiculous and when I finally make the time to come back for the second time these mfs talking to me like I'm a child who doesn't know what or how customer service or great service looks like will definitely not return just pathetic

I had a wonderful experience at this NailShop. I found a new friend, my nails are BEAUTIFUL, and I loved the quick service, WILL COME AGAIN, and again.

This place is horribble. I asked for a fill in he only painted half my nail. He said if I wanted my whole nail painted I should have gotten a full set.
