Garbage customer service, called multiple times on a vehicle to get information and was told that they would send me the vin to run the carfax. Told them I was willing to put a deposit since I lived so far from them if the carfax looked good. Called back since I never got it, told me again they would send it but never did. They post their vehicles on FB Marketplace but never respond to messages, and by the third day straight of calling with cash in hand and promises to return my calls they sold it out from underneath me.

Dealership totally fraudulent knowingly sales defected vehicles and openly states there's no lemon law on used cars in TN. Took me for almost $2,000 car was running hot in 3 days found out it had a bag water pump that had screws broken when installed and the repair would cost me more than the car itself...I took it back several times with no good results and finally was told it was sold as is and thats on me so I saved him a repossession trip and left the car with them... I'll eat that cost but that's all the loss I'll ever be counting with them. My suggestion to anyone considering buying a used car is don't do your business with this place u you'll definitely be at a loss.

I was needing information about some vehicles and the person just left while still open and I drove 45 mins to go there. He clearly seen when we pulled into the lot. Just not good business doing that.
