By far, Phil is one of the most honest business owners and mechanics you’ll ever meet! My Audi was met with challenges that were detrimental to its operation. Phil was quick to facilitate an inspection and provide a fair diagnosis. While other repair facilities were quoting egregious prices and unnecessary parts, Phil told me exactly what was wrong and provide me the best rate for labour and parts. The repair was still relatively expensive (multiple issues with vehicle) so I furthermore greatly appreciate Phil for negotiating an approval for most of the repair from my warranty company. The parts took a few weeks to get delivered (supply shortage) and Phil was diligent in keeping my updated the entire way. The repair itself was done effectively and efficiently in a few days. Phill is a very professional and straightforward guy and always goes above and beyond, more importantly, he is an extremely trustworthy person. I had a excellent experience here at DAC's automotive. I was experiencing serious engine issues on my Audi and the warranty company referred me to DAC's to process the claim. Phil and the team not only walked me through the process of filing the claim and dealing with the warranty company, they went above and beyond rebuilding the engine, even going beyond repairing what the initial issue was, using high quality parts, while sticking within a very reasonable budget that was mostly covered by the warranty company. Being a car fanatic myself I'm very particular with my cars, but Phil and his team were highly competent and meticulous to detail, and Phil would provide regular updates as to exactly what was being done on the car. On top of it all Phil even preformed a alignment and complete detailing job in time for me to pick up the car, and threw in a complimentary follow up oil change. The car runs better now then when I initially bought it, and after 10,000kms of VERY hard driving, the motor still runs like a top. Thank you Phil and the team for getting me back on the road!
