If i can give this place a negative 1 i would. So I dropped my car off on Monday night called on Tuesday morning to check on the status of my car spoke with the so called manager Steve asked questions he said he drove the car and?! I gave Ken a list of things that was wrong with the car!" I was brushed off rushed off the phone he could not identify the problems that I was experiencing with my car All he told me was he will get back to me when I asked? A day two days a week a month he was not able to give me an answer to how long he will have my car. I do not recommend this shop for nothing! They don't answer the phone here. The phone just rings 15 to 20 times. It is not that busy here!! They better tell me something soon about my car!!!! I will not take my car here at all unprofessionalism at its finest!!! I have no choice. I hate it here.. If I don't here anything back from these people by Friday I will be reporting them to the BBB ASAP!!!
