My girl was sweet but rushed and made me bleed multiple times. The shape is nothing like the picture i showed her and the price was not okay compared to the way my nails came out.edit- it’s the next day and my nails look worse than yesterday the color is changing and they look horrible.

I am actually sitting in the chair right now getting my toes done, and I’ve got to say, these women are EXCELLENT. They are all so sweet and the sweet woman I have now makes sure I like everything she does on my nails. All the women working here talk to their clients and are just so delightful. The atmosphere is peaceful yet energetic and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back on a regular basis. I got a mani/pedi and never felt so feminine and pampered in my life. ??

Went in and got a manicure and pedicure, I'm from Mississippi and was in town for a week with my Aunt getting her last round of radiation at UAB, it was a short 2 minute walk from the hotel and everyone was super friendly! I booked online the night before and was in, out, and back in my room before my Aunt woke up from her nap! I would definitely recommend this place it's beautiful on the inside and they did great work! Love my nails and the service I received

Unfortunately, I can not recommend Daisy Nails. I was in the chair for 3+ hours and walked out with nails that are nothing like what I wanted. I showed my first tech my inspiration picture, which was a black and pink ombre. She asked questions to the other techs and they said it could be done. In the application process, two of my cuticles were cut and bled. While the blood was cleaned at the end, there was no sanitation process when it happened. Drill bits were used that weren't new, nor were they discarded after I was cut and my blood got on them. The cuticle snippers were also not new before they were used to clean up where I was cut, nor were they cleaned after my blood got on them. They were pulled from a drawer and then put right back in the same drawer. My first tech attempted to use an airbrush gun to achieve the ombre, but that resulted in splotches and dots that didn't look good to me and didn't give the look of the picture I showed. CJ came over to try next. She worked hard to try and give me what I was looking for. Had she been my original tech, this might be a completely different review. CJ took her time and tried to work with what was already done. I have nothing but appreciation for the work she did. Still, it wasn't what I wanted and she understood. Seeing her own nails let me know that she takes pride in her work and knows what she's doing. Next, an older lady came over to see what could be done. I said that, at that point, I just wanted to go with matte black nails. The older lady proceeded to e-file off all of the other layers. That resulted in a third cuticle cut that bled. Again, no sanitation process. The older lady rushed through a new paint and top coat which has resulted in lumpy, streaky nails with spots of paint on my fingers that just don't look worth the $65 (plus convenience fee for using a card that I didn't know about) that I paid for them. Not to mention, the frustration she seemed to have when I asked if all of the gel on the underside of my nails could be cleaned up. Mostly, I'm sad and disappointed amd my fingers hurt. I know it's hard to find a good nail tech and that seems to be double on 280. All in all, I would LOVE to visit CJ again if she were in a different salon, but I won't be visiting her at Daisy Nail. Reviews I read before visiting and now my own experience lead me to believe that it's a hit or miss situation. Big props again to CJ. She was the best part of my visit. Good luck if you visit.

i saw Ani and she did a FANTASTIC (!!!!!!) job on my nails. the past few experiences i’ve had at previous nail salons left my bleeding or in excruciating pain from the e file. she was so gentle and friendly! they gel-x did all pop off on their own about 5 days later which was disappointing. (not her fault since this has happened multiple times from different places.) i’ll definitely make this my go to nail salon
