I've been here multiple times. And yesterday, we came here again for Valentine's dinner. They have never disappointed us. We tried the dine about winnipeg's 3 course dinner. And it was amazing. My bf and me were both happy with our meal. One thing I would say is their seoul steak tasted a little bit too salty for my liking. Yes, it was a sweet sauce but it felt like there was so much sodium on it, that after a couple bite, you would feel like you have enough of it. It also amazed me how much they listened to their customers reviews as well. The price on the menu has dropped a bit compared to before as people always said their food is too pricey. But at the end, it is worth the money you paid for, the dishes are exceptional Highly recommend the scallop pasta and their sushi rolls!!!
Amazing and Great Tasting Food at a reasonable price! Loved the taste, the plating and the friendliness of the staff... Our orders did not take too long to prepare as well... We will be back to try out other food on the menu soon... Highly Recommended!
Hands down the best food Ive had in Winnipeg!! Truly exceptional food and fair pricing. We started with yam fries (highly recommend!!) we later ordered the Honey in Heat (Chicken Burger) and the Seoul Steak. Both of us were blown away by the flavorful explosions. Will definitely be coming back to try more! Thanks for providing us a great meal for my birthday dinner ????
We dined there during the dine out Winnipeg event and loved it. It was the best tasting food we had during that event and the best food we’ve had in a restaurant for a long time. Went back there for lunch the other day and were allowed to order from the dinner menu and again, delicious beautiful food! We had the Truffle spinach dip, bang bang shrimp and the Seoul steak, pictured here.
Decided to check out Damecca Lounge with my partner this past Tuesday after work instead of on a busier night, as we really wanted to focus on the food and drinks over the party vibe to start. Don't get me wrong, we love a party as well, so will definitely be back for a Friday or Saturday, but I'm glad we attended our first time on a quieter night. First off, we had such a terrific experience! Surpassed our expectations! Our server was a delight and very attentive, the cocktails made by the bartender were seriously on point (got a few Lychee Martini's and Amaretto Sours), and the food was excellent— very nice surprise! We spent $200, and got the Salmon Crostini (soo good!), Slow n low Sando (beef brisket w/ consume soup— amazing!), Truffle Fries (best fries I've had in ages), Scallop XO Spaghettini (the umami flavours— seriously WOW! Will be having dreams about it) and a Karai Ebi Roll. The sushi roll was not their strong point, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, but otherwise everything else we ate was pretty unreal. My partner and I shared every dish, but it was impossible to choose a favorite! LOL Next visit we'll probably order all of the same items, except swap out the sushi roll for the Beef Tartare... saw a photo of it on Instagram and it looked really good. Photos below... Enjoy!
