For what I needed done they were efficient, fair and prompt in fixing my situation! They could have said I need a whole new muffler when I did not. They did a splice for a very reasonable price! Also, I would like to shout out about the young man that helped me that day. I did not get his name but I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge. I want him to have recognition. He has beautiful eyes!

Really exceptional service. I called a couple days prior in order to get a rough estimate over the phone and schedule an appointment for a detailed estimate. When I arrived they quickly greeted me and pulled the vehicle into the shop. After a thorough inspection of my exhaust system the tech reported that the exhaust was in great condition other than a loose heat shield that he had resecured. Another shop had suggested that I replace the entire exhaust, glad I got a second opinion from Dan's. I highly recommend them for any muffler / exhaust needs.
