I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place to swap out tires. I went early at 9 am this morning to get my tires swapped and my tire sensors changed out. It took them two hours to do the change out. But that’s not the problem. The problem is they let me drive of with the front wheels rubbing on my struts. I called them and they told me to bring it back. Because it was really loud and making a burning rubber smell. When I got the car back to them it took them two seconds to look at it and tell me they were rubbing my struts. They told me they would try spacers. I agreed to try it then they called me back to the shop and told me my only option was to buy another set of tires. So I called my husband and he called up there to speak with him and told him THEY WOULD TRY SPACERS after telling me that wasn’t an option. And again spacers didn’t work and they wants to try a way that would have worn my tires fast and uneven. Then charges me to put the old tires back on. So over $300 for nothing. They do NOT care about their customers. And I will never use them again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I've been knowing Chris since O.K. tire was in business,great group of guys and very knowledgeable. Definitely my go to when my trucks need tlc

definitely don't recommend them for front end alignment, they knew my alignment wasn't right the first time. I was told to bring it back since it pulled to the right once I got New tires on if it still pulls,so I did a week later got charged again and my truck still pulls to the right ???? wasted money that I shouldn't have been charged.

Went to Firestone complete to get lifetime alignment they told me after they did alignment vehicle at Firestone that I needed $3,500 worth of work done took it to DCB next day they checked the whole vehicle over the next day and fixed it for $478. DCB is very honest I suggest that's where you take your vehicle

The front desk help was very nice but the mechanic in the back was rushing me to find the key for my tire. When I found the key he left everything laying around .... did NOT try to even put it back. On the way out the door I found my key laying on the ground where he must have thrown it down. I will NOT be a returning customer!!!
