I got a Ontario Safety certificate at a very competitive price. They inspected the car on the day agreed upon, and the whole process was very easy. I would recommend and will be back for servicing my other vehicles.

My car needed a new Crank Position Sensor. Deer Park Automotive installed a defective aftermarket CPS. When I returned a week later because my car was having acceleration problems as a result of the defective CPS, not only did they refuse to replace the defective sensor, but they charged me an additional $100 for an (unauthorized) computer analysis that said nothing was wrong with my car. In fact, there was quite obviously still something wrong with my car as a result of their installing a defective CPS. I clearly demonstrated the issue to them but they refused to do anything about it or to look into it further. Unbelievable. Never to return.

Ed (the owner at Deer Park Auto Service) is my go to for any car issues from simple yearly maintenance (oil changes and the like) to full on major repairs and everything in between!! One of the few places that are very transparent with the work being done and how much it will cost. Top notch service and always so quick with their turnaround. Thanks as always Ed!

The service is great, and the mecanics are very professional and friendly. On the downside, they sell car replacement parts with aroind 100% mark up. Paid $219 in a drive belt tensioner, while the manufacturer site it was around $ 100. Same thing with the drive belt. It costs $35 online (original part) and they sold it for $71. Rather than that, it's all good.
