I phoned up this garage asking if they’d take a look at my car to diagnose an issue. The gentlemen on the end of the phone gladly said of course after me explaining the symptoms and told me to bring it in following week. I arrived at the opening time advertised of 8 o’clock which has been verified on Google and they didn’t open until 9:15am, so I was waiting outside for an hour and fifteen minutes. I then brought my car in and was told to pull out a piece of paper and a pen out of my own pocket and write my details down as they had no record of my phone call. After finally getting the gentlemen to take down my details I was told I’d get a phone call in the next hour to diagnose my car. I never got a call that day and phoned up first thing the next morning and was told to call back in a few hours as no one could tell me anything and that the boss wasn’t in. I then phoned back a few hours later and was told they wouldn’t even look at my car, having previously been told they would. I then arrived to collect my car and the guys working seemed baffled as to who answered the phone to me and kept saying I had the wrong garage. Extremely poor communication and time keeping and ended up being a complete waste of time

Took in my well looked-after transit van. First time at this garage and first time it’s rightly sailed through the mot with no advisories, first time it’s felt like the garage isn’t out to shaft you for unnecessary repair work. Pay slightly more for the mot and get a fair assessment. Served by Alex - very friendly, professional and efficient. Will be back next year!

Hi, I've been going here for the past 5 years now, no appointments needed , always a swift service depending how many people are in front but do suggest getting there before 10 am to be first in line and latest for 3 as the can only fit so many in before he finishes at 4 , its always worth ringing in first to find out how busy Tony is , he's as honest as they come without trying to rip you off with some bogus repair claims to pass you ,... by far the best M.O.T place in London ??????????
