The staff are all very polite and scheduling has always been on point. The current barber works quickly, makes great cuts, and keeps a good memory of the usual style I'd go for. The prices here are good and fair making them a great local hair salon!

The hair stylist was friendly and very competent. He discussed with me what I needed done and did a very good job accomplishing the result and making certain that I was pleased with my haircut and beard trim.

I had booked an appointment to have my roots touched up and my hair styled when I arrived to my appointment, I was told they only had me down for a haircut? I hadn’t requested a cut. Telling the hairdresser Melissa , which I’d never been here before, I had only booked a color retouch and style. She told me she wouldn’t have time to style my hair , just retouch it. I’ve noticed since I’ve moved to Hillsboro, people have a communication problem and are very rude when you try to address them. I won’t be going back. They didn’t even offer to reschedule the appointment or see if they could squeeze me in the next day. Wasn’t greeted with a smile or enthusiasm but rather greeted with a blank stare and the impression that they were put out or inconvenienced.. one star ?? is too much.
