I don't get all the positive reviews. I had a Groupon for brakes and called to make an appointment. They don't pick up the phone, they call you back when you leave a message. I got there at noon as scheduled to find a closed warehouse in an otherwise empty field. I called and called for half an hour while waiting in my car and no one answered. I contacted Groupon for a refund and went elsewhere for service.

These guys are honest, but they need to be more professional and quickly in repairing job. I had to wait for long time to get my car done. Generally, it is good place for fixing car or oil change too

Went in with Groupon for brake repair. Mechanic took picture & showed me brakes were fine. What I needed was Replace Wheel Hub And Bearing Assembly both sides and Replace Stabilizer Bar Link. THOSE pictures were horrifying. they even offered financing option with zero interest for 100 days and no credit check!! I also needed bodywork for accident (another shop had given me estimate for $2900). Which they did beautifully even tinted windows, for over $1000 less than other shop's estimate!! I can't even imagine what could've happened if I hadn't gone to Discount auto with my car. I trust them 100% And my car is 17 year old Saturn. NOT easy to get parts for. All was done in 4 days. It is becoming more and more rare that companies truly prioritize customer service. I was having a terrible day. People make mistakes and car issues are rarely expected. We thought it was one issue but it turned out to be both front wheel bearings. I was having a bad customer service experience, partly because I have been taken advantage of and over charged from other mechanics in the past and it’s caused me to be distrustful. The manager at Discount Car Care Katy Mills called me and apologized. Right off the bat before asking me any questions. Just apologized for the fact that I was having a bad customer service experience. Then he went above and beyond to turn my experience into a positive one. Got parts delivered over a holiday weekend and got me back on the road asap. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend! Customer for life.
