2/5 because I had a tremendously frustrating experience with a hint of NICE because I was given a chance to get my nails fixed. The good: Another nail tech fixed my nail and made it look much better. They fixed some of the things that went wrong. I commend you for taking me in and being so patient. Thank you for working it out. The bad: Service Type: Full Set of Nail Color: Matte Black Expectation: Durable matte black gel - well coated Reality: Heavy thick coats that felt chunky. The dry times were uneven. Within 2 days the gel ripped off in various nails. (fixed) THE NAIL TECH placed so much at the edges between my nail and skin had to be SANDED OFF so that they can reapply primer and re-gel. The over layering, from the first experience, of the gel burned when placing it in the UV. Shape: Almond Expectation: Centered to the finger, almond pointed. Leaning away from Oval Shape Reality: Initially crooked all leaning towards the nail tech’s dominant side of polishing. Other nail techs noticed this and tried to help ( I appreciate you hearing me out ). After a 1-2 weeks i realized that the nails had a gap and the plastic thats glued on wasn’t even centered, they all lean to a side. Which now made sense why THE TECH kept sanding the edges until I BLED in various fingers. I did react DURING the experience and pulled back my hand due to the pain. I need to share this because I cried on my way home. At front desk: I think they acknowledged what had happened and provided me $10 discount. I paid and I left without a word because I couldn’t emotionally handle what had happened.

My daughter and I have been going to this nail salon when able to for years. I received a gift certificate from my daughter for a deluxe pedicure for Christmas. I called to request Sandy for this portion of the visit. Due to being blessed to be a part of an event I also requested a full set of "active length" nails. After Sandy finished with an amazing pedicure, I approached the nail area where the owner starter on my nails. She asked about my daughter and the event I was participating in (Night to Shine). This is another luxury that is in the budget maybe twice a year..... never do I get nails as I have "working woman hands" - my nails are beautiful and made my hands look attractive. Best nail salon in the area! Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! My nails have never looked better and she was so gentle and sweet

I came to diva nails to get mine done the evening before the wedding and my nail tech was the absolute sweetest lady. She was kind and humble . I showed her the photo and she executed it perfectly. I will include a picture of what I asked for and what I got. I've never gotten my nails done before and they really took care of me and made it enjoyable. I love you ladies. When I come back to Coco I will be by to show you wedding photos. ????????

My husband and I came in for pedicures today. My feet were not in the best of shapes and my husband hasn’t had a pedicure since forever ago! They were able to get both of us taken care of in a very timely fashion and despite it all they were very unjudgmental and took very good care of us! I don’t live in Florida to be able to come back however I will say I would recommend this place to anyone who does lives in Florida!
