Loved the new set my daughter received for the new year today. My daughter showed Sunni a picture and she did it perfectly! We always go to her and she is incredible from top to bottom. She has great customer service and she always make sure we are pleased throughout the process. She is great at what she does and I highly respect how she invests in her tools and keep her area sanitized. Definitely love her!!!

The first photo: reference photo Rest: Actual I got exactly what I wanted. Kaitlyn was sweet, quick, and paid attention to detail. She showed importance to making sure I got what I wanted and alerted me of the price before I paid, which I appreciate. The nails only look crooked because that’s how my fingers are. I have small nail beds and small hands. She made sure the shape of the nail matched my hands, and therefore made them look more womanly and long. 11/10

WONT BE RETURNING….. Called at 11 am to set up appointment with Sunny. She herself, told me to come in at 1:30. I arrived 15 min early and she said she was with a customer and one she had to do before me. Asked if I minded if I could come back at 2:30. I agreed as I had already driven 40 minutes to get there. Again I arrived back 15 min early. She was still with a customer. She had some one else start the soaking water for me. I sat soaking my feet from 2:30 until 3:15. She was still working with the same customer. I finally said I was leaving. As I heard her on her phone that she would be somewhere at 4. She would have done a quick job on me even if she had been finished with the prior customer. WONT BE RETURNING. Not even an offer for a discount next time. Unbelievable!

I’m sad to have to leave a negative review. I’ve gone here half a dozen or more times and it’s usually ok. I just wanted my hands and nails cleaned up, it’d been a rough week and I had a couple major breaks. But now my fingers are SORE, I look like a nail bitter! My cuticles were not pushed, but my poor nails were cut back so short that I am in actual PAIN!

I went here because I was in the mall and needed my nails done for the next night. I woke up next morning three of my nails just cracked I done nothing the night before. I got sns over my real nails & paid 50.00. The next day I go back to wait a hour to get fixed only for them to break again the next day and one to break completely off. Disappointed 50.00 wasted and my nails are ruined again.!!
