Awesome neighborhood bar. So chill! They have a nice big patio to enjoy the weather with your beer and watch the games on TV. Bartenders are great! LIZ took care of the whole bar, from indoor to outdoor and even the pool area. If you’re into billiards/ pool, you can enjoy that as well! Buckets are so cheap, so you’ll really have a good time for a loooong time!! You can bring your own food, so you can enjoy some dinner. Set ups available too. (We did this during the baseball season!)

Don has been a great Houston Chill Spot for decades. An awesome local ice house, see tons of Milby people there!! Many of the regulars who used to hang at CJ's can now be found there. It was good to get together with old friends and make some music. The outdoor patio which has been extended as an excellent place to party, Grill, and gather.

I only get to spend one weekend evening a month at Dons, but when I do it’s always a fun time. Bartenders are attentive and professional. Owner is a nice guy and runs a tight ship. Only complaints are...people will double park behind you and trap you in your parking space, That’s right...strangers will park behind you. So when it’s time for you to go, you have to go on an Easter Egg Hunt, only this time, you’re hunting for a redneck-shaped egg who may or may not be polite about moving their vehicle immediately. So...that part sucks. Wish karaoke were more than once a month though...perfect location for it.
