Dong Dong Pastries

A classic HK bakery with the usual fare at a fair cost and it tastes very good ????. Happy eats everyone ????

*note* the reason the shelves were empty in the pics was because I came really early while they were cooling down on the cart trays in the kitchen. Great little pastry shop located by Leslie and Hwy 7 area with great selection of buns and other goodies. I've been coming here for many years and I always come right in the morning for the freshest offerings right out the oven. Prices are reasonable compared to other bakeries in the surrounding area.

This is my go to spot for Chinese bakery goods! I have been coming here for over 10 years. They have your typical Hong Kong bakery style foods, and usually have a few Swiss rolls and medium cakes available. They also serve hot milk tea and have two small tables to eat/drink on your own or with a friend, though I have never stayed myself. My favourite is their egg tart deal (6 for $5.50), and if you buy more than 6 buns, there are no taxes. The gentleman that runs this bakery does most of the baking himself, package your bakery items patiently, will recommend anything you may need and is friendly every time. Highly recommend this bakery.
