Not great. Went here once before and it was okay. This time, the washing machine ate 3 dollars, charges more for hot water (never had that before with any laundromat), second washer I was about to start until I saw some nasty clogged washing detergent/paper/clog in the dispenser. Thankfully I was just washing cleaning rags, no way I would do my clothing here.

This is what's wrong with Canada. You can just buy a laundry business, ignore and let it rot, steal from your customers, offer no help, terrible machines, terrible people. This is an obvious scam, designed the steal from the community, and will never have to answer for it, simply because of who they are. DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE. VIOLENT, THREATENING SCAMMERS.

I used to love this place but there seems to be new owners and the machines are not cared for. Change machine eats your coins, machines often break mid cycle. Despite all the 6 surveillance cameras, NOBODY answers the help number that is all over the signs. They are raising the prices in the new year (2023) worth it to take your laundry elsewhere.

Worse ever! I arrive putting 5 white towels in for a quick wash and leave with NONE. Somehow while the owners were the only ones in the laundry mat at the time and I step out for under 5 mins while they were "cleaning" up, my items go missing? And one of them is cleaning the machines with a white towel??! Anyways trying to give a heads up so this doesn't happen to anyone else. From now on I'll be visiting the laundromat at queen and hess!

Look, we all know the deal -- this place is dirty and mouldy, the drop ceiling is falling down, the floor shakes when the washers go through a spin cycle, a third of the machines are always broken, they eat your quarters unless you know to hit them with your fist just so... But we put up with it because it's the only laundromat in the neighbourhood. Tonight took the cake, though. The automatic lights would not come on and it was pitch black inside by 6:30 p.m. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to be able to see to fold my laundry. Come on, Dover Laundrette, really?
