Got new insurance, have to find in network doctors for 2023 routine physical check out, the doctor that I want to visit is not available until March 2024, then found Dr. Mukesh K. Singh who was available in October, 2023, so made an appointment with Dr. Singh for 2023 routine physical check out. Visiting Dr. Singh without high expectation, just wanted to finish the routine physical check out. That's it, but I was still surprised by Dr. Singh unprofessional conduct and pointed out his unprofessional conduct in front of him and the staff, which made him unhappy. The visit was not good, and the good thing is that I don't have to visit Dr. Singh again because I have an appointment in 2024 with the doctor who I want to visit for routine physical check out. However, today checked out mail box, received a letter from Dr. Singh's office which said Dr. Singh will not continue to provide medical care. What doctor Dr. Singh is! Patient pointed out his unprofessional conduct during visit, and Dr. Singh did not listen, instead, sending a letter to patient. Don't go there, wasting your time. Find a doctor who really listens to patient and cares about patient.

I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Singh was attentive to my concerns and used his knowledge and experience to advise me on the next steps in my health plan.

We have been a patient of this primary physician for years, but I can no longer tolerate the unprofessionalism I've encountered. During recent visit, he kept us waiting for hours and then told me I had only 15 minutes and could discuss only one issue per day. This is not the level of care and attention I expect from a healthcare provider. It's disappointing to see such a lack of responsiveness and empathy towards patients' concerns.
