Absolutely phenomenal people and shop.i had a run in with a deer, and they were quick to get me in and explained the whole process to me (I haven't had to deal with insurance before). They were very helpful annswering any questions I had. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.

Extremely unfriendly the shorter older man who does most of the estimates is VERY cold. My time was wasted. I got three different estimates. I don’t know if it had to do with them knowing the other party had good insurance it got confusing. I had to take my car into them two times for estimates because the first wasnt Lexus parts I was injured. The car is not even supposed to be being driven right now I went out of my way to to go back for another estimate while being injured. Then they told the other parties insurance booked till next year after giving me three estimates , so why waste an injured persons who’s been in a car accidents time? Be upfront tell injured people coming in or anyone with wrecked cars that you’re booked until next year I made a phone call to give advice to tell people upfront that because people are injured, sometimes after accidents and do not have the mobility to go out of their way around to different body shops I was told” I don’t need your advice” & cut me off speaking hes awfully rude! Super unprofessional and honestly flat out completely unempathetic. It’s so true the negative review he will just pick & choose waste your time on whether he wants to work on yours or not maybe he takes insurance companies into his decision making… don’t waste your time to be lead on that your car will be fixed I’ve never met anyone more rude to someone after they’ve been injured in a car accident

Highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs done. They were fast and very professional.

Very professional! I was in a bad spot when I had my car ran into, needed the handy men at Dunegans too get me back on the road. Only took a few days, even had a taillight fixed for Very cheap that wasn't part of the insurance claim. I am very pleased with them on a timely manner, efficient job they did on repairing my car. (Highley reccomend). Was in the process of moving, they even let me have some big boxes for free to help with my move. Great establishment.

I was not the easiest customer. My job started off with a scheduling mixup and and a delay that left me a bit disappointed. But Jeremy went above and beyond to work me into a tough week for him. This time, I was surprised that my truck was finished two days earlier than expected and the job was done beautifully. It takes solid effort and dedication to come in late and work extra hours to get a job like mine done ahead of schedule—and for that, any minor misunderstanding we had in the beginning is completely erased. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back with my vehicles in the future...although I sure hope in the future I don’t mess up and back my lawnmower into the side of my truck!!! Thank you for the effort and a wonderful job.
