Repeat customer who has spent about $5000 total on motorhome tires in the past two years. Recently had two new tires installed on my motorhome, just about $1600 for both. After leaving the lot I pulled in for fuel about 30 miles down the road and noticed I now am missing one hub cap, I immediately called but the manager (Curtis) had left for the day. I asked if they could look outside to see if my hub cap was out in the yard. They said they couldn't find it but to call back and speak to the manager the next business day. I didn't want my $100 hub cap to go missing over the weekend if for some reason it was in the yard. I immediately drove back to the yard, no luck, I even searched the roadside all the way to the gas station with no luck. When I called to speak with the manager his words were "read the invoice, we are not responsible for hub caps" and I should have double checked them. So now my $110K motorhome is missing a hub cap. Personally I think that's an unacceptable response. Should I also have to double check the tires, lug nuts, balancing? I paid good money for the "experts" to install tires, if I need to double check the work for me to feel safe driving my family on the highway with my motorhome than I guess I need to find better "experts". PS: my plan was to return after my latest road trip and replace the other four tires at $3600. I am now searching for another tire shop

Ok I have never actually been to this place, but I am across the street from it twice a day. From what I can see it is a Very Busy place! It also seems that their main business is commercial tire oriented, big Rigs and such. I have seen some passenger tires being worked on. I hope that this proves accurate.

Great service ,great quality tires for less guys are nice and the service is definitely fast
