Do not, under any circumstances, purchase their monthly plan. You cannot cancel, and they will continuously charge your card every month. I had their membership for probably 3 or 4 years and I can count on one hand the number of times both touchless bays were working. And the number of times their camera couldn't read my license plate. There are plenty of other car washes out there, pick one of those instead.

Went through for a quick spray and it was great! After reading the reviews about it not being a touch free wash we were happy to see that you just have to choose the bay that says touch free. Make sure you check that above the bay before you enter. Car came out looking great and the ceramic coating we have on the car wasn’t scratched up like in a regular car wash. Entry and paying were easy and you get plenty of time with the dryer at the end. They have pay vacuums available when you exit the wash area. Recommended!

Doesn't get your car clean. Bought the most expensive wash ($18) in the touchless wash and still have dirt on the sides of the car and bug crud on the front bumper. Might as well have gone to a do it yourself wash to make sure it was clean and it would have cost me half as much!

Car wash is always broken down or out of soap. Waste of membership. Used to be better years ago when it was Car Wash Depot.

Had their monthly membership for a couple years now. Don’t think I’ve ever seen all three car washes working. The last couple months. It won’t read my license plate and when I try and go through the app it will say I have no available washes even though the app says I have the unlimited wash package for my truck.
