The cons first. As you can see by the floor and tables it is not well maintained. The pros; the machines work really well. The dryers are hot hot hot. It’s open 24/7. It is my go to place when my favorite place is closed. It works well, I just wish it was better maintained.

It would be nice for a place to sit when you are washing more than 1 load.

The most economical laundry in Phoenix. $1.00 wash and the dryers give you ten minutes for a quarter. I like the top loaders and their are three rows. Some large side loaders too. Good vending machines. There are none of those rolling baskets, homeless people probably kept stealing them, but that's probably how they keep prices low. The place is very busy at night with young people in their twenties- mostly latino young men so ladies if you are single!

A little messy at times... the machines are older and the worse part is the change machines give you tokens that are only good here.. quarters are ok if ya bring them. At least it's 24 hours of you're in a jam to wash some clothes!

A nice laundromat with a variety of washers and dryers, kept nicely clean. Prices reasonable. My only complaint is no place to sit. At my age, with my arthritis, standing through a complete cycle is just a bit uncomfortable.
