We are really upset with the owner. First time, my husband was stabbed my a man in laundry mat with a machete. He was yelling at us and clearly on drugs or not in his right mind. We called the cops and let it go. This man works at Safeway as a stocker, by the way. Second time I washed my comforter and 3 soft blankets in the big dryer, there no signs nor a fabric material example as to not to dry in that dryer. All three of my soft blankets got burnt. We have waited on the owner for a week to do something, a nice jester. It has been cold, snowing, and have needed our blankets. The thought never came to mind. I’m assuming the owner doesn’t care. Even a simple I’m sorry would have been christianly. THERE ARE NO SIGNS ABOUT DOING WASH AND WARNINGS … still waiting on the owner to call back

Clean machines well kept. The driers are really strong. This is a good location. If you don't have quarters you can use your card. But bring lots of quarters. 3.50 per wash minimum. 25¢ per 8 min dry.

Only positive for me the location is convenient, most of the machines are dated washers didn't spin long enough clothes were soppy. Dryers weren't hot enough. I lost some coins in a dryer. Lady asked me to show her which one. She pushed and did everything I did with no results or answers and says, oh well I believe you. Lady I'm not asking you to believe me, how about you find someone who knows what they're doing. I didn't get my coins back either she walked away. This was a one time visit, my machines at home are now in working order. But, I guarantee if i ever need to go to a laundry facility again I will not be going back to this place.

Once here to do laundry they have front loaded washing machines that their digital display is all but invisible. Could not read what was on the display, put my $4 in the coin slot only to discover that the digital display was saying out of order. But had to actually block the whole screen with my hands and put my face right up against the glass in order to read what was being displayed. Not impressed . Might I suggest if you have a unit that is out of order that you put a paper sign on it as well.

I don't understand why the owners refuse to do any maintenance, much less basic upgrades year over year. This is a busy laundromat, yet it lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. Most people sit in their car as this is such a depressing laundromat
